How do I obtain a copy of the Association’s insurance certificates?
- Access the owner’s portal
- Click “Shared Documents” on the left side of the dashboard
- Click “Insurance Certificates” folder
- If Loan # is needed, email request from lender to info@traddmanagement.com
- For more information, contact the Associations’ insurance agent listed on the Certificate
